盐胁迫对小麦过氧化物酶同工酶基因表达的影响 被引量:27

摘要 为了研究小麦过氧化物酶同工酶基因表达与盐适应性的关系,以小麦品种pH-82-2-2为材料对盐胁迫下过氧化物同工酶谱的变化进行了分析,结果表明,PH-82-2-2经盐胁迫后,根、叶中过氧化物酶同工酶发生显著变化,说明盐胁迫影响该基因的表达。盐胁迫对5个同工酶14个等位基因的表达产生不同的影响,有些基因只有在盐胁迫下才表达,如PX-2b等,有些基因的表达具有组织器官特异性,如PX-1等。盐胁迫下过氧化物酶同工酶基因表达水平的变化,说明小麦遭受盐胁迫后会通过控制基因的表达达到抵抗盐渍侵害的作用。 Using the method of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(PAGE), POD isozeymes in different tissue were analyzed in PH-82-2-2 wheat cultivar under salt stress. Great changes were found in POD isoenzyme, which indicated that there were close relationships between salt-stress and gene expression. A total of 14 alleles at 5 loci were influenced on expression under salt-stress. Px-2b expressed only under salt stress, and Px-1 expressed only in specific tissue. All the reaction indicated that the salt resistance of wheat eultivars were raised by some gene expression.
