摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会,是党的十六届四中全会明确提出的一个新的重要思想和战略任务。这一重要思想和战略任务能否实现,关键在于“三农”问题的解决。本文试图从社会学的角度分析解决“三农”问题的重要性和紧迫性,探讨“三农”问题存在的内在根源,提出解决“三农”问题的新思路。
The construction of a socialist harmonious society is a new important thougut and strategic task put forward in the 4th plenary .session of its 16th central committee of the CPC. The crux of its realization is to solve theproblems of agriculture, countrysides and presants. This essay attempts to, in terms of sociology, analyse The importance and urgency of tackling these problems, and probe into the internal roots of their existence, and thereafter propose some new ideas about handlingthem.
