摘要
加快科技成果转化既是技术创新的关键环节,也是激活高新技术产业化源头的需要,更是形成新世纪我国经济发展新增长点的战略举措。文章对科技成果转化的若干问题进行了研究,并提出实施措施。
Quickening the step of transforming sci- tech results is key to technological innovation, necessary for activating high- tech industrialization sources and especially a strategic measure for a new growth point of economic development in our country. This article has studied some problems in the transformation of sci - tech results and given some measures.
