摘要
采用页岩分散性试验,人造岩心浸泡及针入度试验考察了SCUR复合体系对页岩分散的抑制能力,并对其泥浆主要参数、泥饼质量等进行了评价。结果表明,SCUR-SAS(1:1),SCUR-FT_(342)(1:0.4),SCUR-KAHM(1:0.6)组成的复合体系对页岩水化分散有较强的抑制作用。复合体系对流变性及降滤失无不良影响,泥饼致密光滑,渗透性小,具有良好的应用前景。
Shale dispersivity test,artificial core soaking and penetration tests are made to study the shale dispersivity inhibitory ability of the filtration reducer SCUR mixtures,together with the chieve parameters of mud performance and quality of the filter cakes. Results indicates that the mixture systems consisted of SCUR-SAS(1:1),SCUR-FT_(342)(1:0.4)and SCUR-KAHM(1:0.6) possess stronger ability in inhibiting hydration dispersion of shale.These mixed systems show no detrimental effect,the cakes are compact and smooth,and reveal good prospect for future application.
