摘要
基于速率的非平衡级模型,将分离过程作为速率过程处理,它替代了平衡过程,因而不需要依靠板效率和等板高度等经验因素,弥补了平衡级模型的不足之处.介绍了基于速率的非平衡级模型的工业软件RATEFRAC、主要功能和RATEFRAC在国外应用的典型实例,以及该模型用于气体分馏和酸性水处理的结果.通过与平衡级模型的比较,阐述了非平衡级模型的特点及应用前景.
The rate-based nonequilibrium model treats separation process as a rate-process instead of an equilibrium process. The use of experiences factors such as efficiencies and HETPS of equilibrium model is avoided, therefore it is a more rigorous model. The commercial software RATEFRAC founded on the rate-based nonequilibrium model, including brief introduction of modeling, special application examples in foreign countries and the utilizations of RATEFRAC on LPG fractionation, Sour water treatment by the author were introduced. By comparing with the equilibrium distillation model, the features of RATEFRAC and its application prospect were also described.
