摘要
在增加农村基础设施投资的基础上，发展农业电子商务对农业长远发展具有重要作用。政府应在加强网络基础设施建设方面起主导作用，构建农产品电子商务平台，并建立农村网络基础设施投入的补偿机制．促进农业电子商务的发展。
By substantial review of the positive effect of rural public goods to agricultural economic growth, the author analyzes the important effect for agricultural long-term development through agricultutal e-commerce under the basis of strengthening the investment in constructing intemet infrastructure of agriculture. Furthermore, some policy suggestions are proposed such as the government should play a key role in strengthening intemet infrastructure construction etc.
