摘要
目的:研究莱菔子不同炮制品对消化系统药理作用及急性毒性。方法:分别采用小鼠胃排空和小肠推进及兔在体肠蠕动实验,研究莱菔子不同炮制品对消化系统的药理作用。结果:莱菔子不同炮制品对消化系统呈现不同药理作用。结论:莱菔子炮制得当,可更好地发挥药理作用。
Objective：To study the different pharmacological effects on the digestive system of different processed products of Semen Raphani and their acute toxicity. Method： The gastric emptying of rat, small intestinal vermiculation and the movement of vivo intestinal smooth muscle of rabbit were observed. Result ： They showed different pharmacological effects on the digestive system of different processed products of Semen Raphani. Conclusion： properly processed Semen Raphani could play a better oharmacological effects.
