摘要
采用三相三线制供电方式给Y形接法的井下潜油电机组供电,文章针对这种特殊条件下三相交流电机各相统组电参数测量,提出一种新型三相电压互感器设计,使互感器各相输出电压在三相电网电压平衡或不平衡条件下都能真实反映井下电机各相绕组电压。对于各相负载电压、电流,采用单片集成有效值变换器进行测量;对各相负载功率因数,通过直接测量各相电压、电流相位差求得;对其余电功率参数,则通过计算求出。文章所介绍的测量方法适用于采用Y形接法的各种电机三相交流电参数测试。
There are three cables that provide power for downhole three-phase motor in Y mode in electric submersible pump. In accordance to the measurement of electric parameters of every winding of the threephase motor under this special condition, this article presents a new design of three-phasevoltage tranducer that makes its output voltage reflects voltages of every winding of the downhole motor whenever threephase power net is balanced or not. A single-chip integrated Root Mean Square (RMS) curcuit is appliedto measure voltages and currents of every winding as to calculate the power factor of every phase by the voltage and current differences' Other power factors are obtained by direct calculation. The method presented in this paper is suitable for measurements of AC parameters of all motors that in Y mode connections.
