基于提高制造业技术创新能力的并行工程,其模型包括认识模型、描述模型和处理模型。实施过程包括将原串行工作流程的过程重组与优化、组成集成产品开发团队、建立支持用户工作的协同工作环境及实施并行工程的途径。
Parallel project is based on improving creativity of manufacture technology. Its models are composed of reorganization model, description model and management model. Its realization process includes recombination and optimization of original serial work circuitry, composing development teamwork of integrated product, establishing combined work environment which supporting clients＇ work, and the approach which realizing parallel project.
