摘要
用季铵盐、有机胺和复合试剂在微波场中对钠基膨润土进行有机化,制备了不同类型的有机蒙脱石,有机化时间由常规的2~3h减至15min。XRD分析表明,蒙脱石的层间距由1.21姗增大至1.71~4.43nm;TG—DTC测试表明,蒙脱石层间的有机物在300~310℃分解,失重≥30%,均说明有机物已进入蒙脱石层间。
Different types of organic bentonite have been prepared through organizing Na-bentonite by use of quaternary ammonium salt,organic amine and composite reagent in the field of microwave. The organizing time was reduced from normal 2 ~ 3h to 15min. X-ray analysis results showed that the spacing of layers of montmonillite was increased from 1,21nm to 1.71 ~ 4.43 nm. Thermogravimetry-Differential thermogravimetry ( TG - DTG) test results indicated that the organic matter existed among the layers of montmonillonite was decomposed at the temperature of 300 -310℃,weight loss is ≥30%. These results obviously indicate that the organic reagents had intercalated into the layers of montmonillonite.
