摘要
通过对我国旅游网站发展状况的简要回顾,指出旅游网站的战略重点在于建立核心竞争力。文章分析了如何识别旅游网站的核心竞争力及核心竞争力对于旅游网站的战略意义,并指出旅游网站建立核心竞争力的两条途径,即知识联盟和培育忠实顾客,同时对旅游网站的具体建设方面提出建议。
Through a brief review of the developing condition of the tourism websites in China, this paper presents an opinion, thst the strategic point for a tourism website is to construct the core competence.The paper includes following contents:analyzing how to identify the core competence for a tourism website and the strategic meanings of core competence;specializing two approaches to constructing core competence: knowledge links and cultivation of loyal customers; giving some detailed advices on the construction of tourism websites.
