摘要
本文以对向关系为基础,阐明了对向犯与对向性行为的内涵与外延,并在此前提下,探讨了有关对向性行为的立法理念与处罚问题,论证了对向犯和对向性行为在刑法理论上的研究价值。
Based on the symmetrical relationship, this dissertation clarifies the definition and scope of the symmetrical crime and symmetrical act, and under this premise, discusses the problems of lawmaking principle and punishment in relation to the symmetrical act, and studies the theoretical research value of the symmetrical crime and symmetrical relationship in criminal law.
