摘要
目的强化医疗机构内部科学管理,以降低医疗服务的运作成本,提高工作效率和服务质量。方法运用网络管理手段,对医院药品实行三级管理。结果通过医院药品网络三级管理,可以提高服务质量,减轻劳动强度,提高科学的管理水平,加强核算,提高经济效益及开展科研和帮助医院科学决策。结论计算机网络技术应用于药品管理,前途广阔,为今后药学服务模式转变奠定了坚实的基础。
OBJECTIVE To reduce the operation cost of medical service and increase the efficiency and service quality by strengthening the inner scientific management of medical institute. METHODS Three level management in hospitals by network was carried out. RESULTS The service quality was improved, labor intensity lightened, the level of scientific management raised, the audit reinforced, and the economic benefit increased. This helped the hospital to make reasonable decisions. CONCLUSIONS The technique of computer network applied in drug management has a bright prospect and laid a solid foundation for the transformation of medication service model.
