枸橼酸铁铵在MRCP中应用价值的初步研究

摘要 目的研究枸橼酸铁铵作为胃肠道阴性对比剂对改善磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)质量的价值。方法共收集MRCP病人50例。在服用枸橼酸铁铵前、后以相同的采集参数对其行MRCP成像,资深放射科医生对2组图像进行评估后行统计学分析。结果采用非参数检验Raddit分析,服用枸橼酸铁铵溶液前Raddit值的均数为0.268,服用枸橼酸铁铵后Raddit值的均数为0.717,计算U值为6.073,P<0.001。结论口服枸橼酸铁铵能明显提高MRCP的成像质量;综合服药前、后MRCP对诊断胆胰系病变具有重要的临床应用价值。
