摘要
本研究以蓖麻油为主要原料,采用五氧化二磷为磷酸化试剂,合成一种新型皮革加脂剂.最佳工艺条件为蓖麻油/甲醇(摩尔比)12∶～3;酯交换油/五氧化二磷(重量比)1001∶5～20;磷酸化油/水(重量比)1006∶.应用中的物理、化学性能测试表明,该产品是一种具有发展前景的高档加脂新材料.
A new leather fatliquor was studied in this paper. Castor oil and phosphorus pentoxide were used to synthesize the compound. With the optimum condition of castor oil/carbinol （mol： mol） 1： 2-3, transesterification oil/phosphorus pentoxide （weight：weight） 100： 15-20, phosphating oil/water （weight：weight） 100： 6. The physical and chemical properties of the product had been tested in the applied experiments. The results showed that the product, as a new and higy-class leathe fatliquor, has a brilliant prospect.
