填充结构现浇预应力复合楼板是一项楼板施工新技术,尤其适用于大空间、大跨度柱网住宅和公共建筑。此类结构具有自重轻、刚度大、隔声性能好、施工简便等优点。北京中环世贸中心成功运用此项新技术,降低了工程造价,加快了施工进度。
Cast-in-place prestressed compound concrete floor is a new floor construction technology, particularly fit for such residential and public buildings as are with big space and big span column grid due to its advantages of light self-weight, high rigidity, good soundproofing and construction easiness.When applied to Beijing Centural International Trade Center Projet, it not only reduces structure cost but also speeds up the construction progress.
