摘要
目的建立紫杉肽中紫杉醇的含量测定方法。方法采用三阶导数光谱法。结果该法可排除聚二肽的干扰,紫杉醇在4~40mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=0.7738X+0.0074(r=0.9995),方法回收率为99.68%。方法方法快速,操作简便,准确度和精密度能够满足原料药分析的要求.
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for detemining the content of paclitaxel in paclitaxtide. METHODS The third derivative ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The method is rapid and simple. The recovery of paclitaxel in paclitaxtide was 99.68 %. The accuracy and precision of the method meet the requirements of the pharmaceutical analysis for bulk substance of drug.
