从事竞争情报活动,必须遵循一定的规定或准则。本文论述了竞争情报活动中介于法律边界和道德边界之间的灰色地带竞争情报的合法获取。分析了竞争情报工作人员的应如何加强自身的职业修养,做到合法地搜集情报,促进竞争情报工作的健康发展。
If you undertake the Competitive Intelligence activity, you should follow the stated regulation or standard. This thesis discusses the legal acquirement of Competitive Intelligence in grey belt which is between legal boundary and moral boundary. And then analyses the Competitive Intelligence staff how to enhance their vocational cultivation, gather information in legal methods and how to promote the sound development of competitive intelligence.
