摘要
学术规范缺失是制约文化、教育、科技等领域学术发展的大问题,也是制约和谐社会建设的大问题,必须予以根治。本文从图书馆界学术规范缺失的表现、成因及防治三个方面,系统阐述了图书馆界学术规范缺失和防范的问题,并提出了学术规范缺失惩治的办法。
Academic criteria insufficiency is the biggest problem to control the culture, educate and technologic in the area of the academic developing and also control the biggest problem ofthe society construct, so we must bring under permanent control. This article discussed criteria insufficiency of the library circles academic. And it expounded the performance, the reason and the preventability, and proposed the punishment means in the academic criteria insufficiency.
