摘要
[目的]了解广州铁路辖区公共场所、饮食从业人员沙门菌携带情况,为制订防治对策提供参考依据。[方法]对1998~2003年公共场所、饮食从业人员健康体检中沙门菌检测资料进行分析。[结果]合计检测51184人,检出沙门菌的239人,检出率为0.47%。公共场所、饮食从业人员检出率分别为0.48%、0.44%,1998~2003年的检出率分别为0.60%、0.41%、0.Z7%、0.40%、0.74%、0.41%。检出沙门菌239株,包括B群129株,A群3株,C1群28株,C2群27株,D群34株,E群16株,T群2株。[结论]广州铁路辖区公共场所、饮食从业人员沙门菌检出率较高,应加强健康检查,及时调离阳性者。
[Objective]To find out the carrying situation with Salmonella by some practitioners at public sites and dietetic industries in Guangzhou railway area,and provide basis for its control. [Methods]To analyse the salmonella tested data from the people worked at public sites and dietetic industries from 1998 to 2003. [Results]51 184 people were detected in 1998 to 2003,239 were positive with Salmonella, the positive rate was 0.47% ,those of people worked at public sites and dietetic industries were 0. 48% and 0. 44% respectively. The positive rates each year from 1998-2003 were 0. 60%, 0. 41% ,0. 27% ,0.40% ,0.74% and 0.41% respectively. The Salmonella strains found out were 239 in all, including A groups (3),B group (129),C1 group (28),C2 group (27),D group (34),E group (16) and I group (2). [Conclusion]The Salmonella detection rate of the practitioner worked at public sites and dietetic industries in Guangzhou railway Area was higher,so it was needed to strengthen health examination and dismiss the positive people.
