摘要
从设计、材料、施工三大方面对单身公寓现浇钢筋混凝土构件出现的裂缝、混凝土局部疏松、钢筋保护层不合格进行了分析和探讨,提出了以施工为主,兼顾设计和材料原因的具体整改措施,解决了质量缺陷的问题。
From three aspects： design, material and construction the quality defects produced in cast-in-site reinforced concrete members in one apartment for the single such as cracks, loosened concrete and unqualified cover to reinforcement are analyzed; at the same time corresponding countermeasures are proposed, which based upon construction and take the design and material quality in consideration in order to resolve quality problems.
