摘要
采用OV-101毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器，以磷酸三苯酯为内标，对腈菌唑进行气相色谱定量测定。该法简便、快速、准确、适用，标准偏差为0．079％，相对标准偏差为0.63％，回收率99％～102％。
Quantitative determination of myclobutanil concentrates formulation was conducted using gas chromatography with a OV- 101 capillary column, flame-ionization detection, and triphenyl phosphate as the internal standard. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and practical. Standard deviation, coefficient of variation and recovery were 0.079%, 0.63%, and 99% - 102%, respectively.
