新型固相微萃取涂层直接检测样品中的3种多氯酚 被引量:18

Direct Determination of Three Highly-substituted Chlorophenols Using a Novel Fiber by Solid-phase Microextraction

摘要 利用聚乙二醇2000(PEG2000)合成了聚乙二醇硅酯预聚物,并通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了含键合聚乙二醇硅酯的固相微萃取涂层,其使用最高温度为340℃。无需衍生化的情况下,采用顶空固相微萃取结合GC/FID的方法测定3种多氯酚的检出限为0.11~0.18ng/L;线性范围达0.1~10^3μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为4.24%~6.44%。土样中痕量多氯酚的加标回收率分别为108%、93.5%和73.7%。 The solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fiber was prepared by the sol-gel method using labsynthesized polyethylene glycol (PEG) 2000 silicate. Then three tri-, tetra- and penta-substituted chlorophenols were determinated for evaluation. The fiber proved to be very stable at 340℃. Without derivation, the linearity was from 0.1μg/L to 10^3 μg/L and limits of detection varied from 0.11 ng/L to 0. 18 ng/L using head speac-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-flame ionization detection (HS-SPME-GC-FID). Relative standard deviations ( n = 5 ) were found to be 4.2% - 6.4% and this fiber had greater extraction capacity than that of commercial SPME fibers such as polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and carbowax divinylbenzene (CW/DVB). The method was applied for the determination of trace chlorophenols in soil samples with the recoveries of 108% , 93.5% , 73.7%, respectively.
