摘要
液体发酵榆黄菇,从菌丝体中提取粗多糖,研究其体内抗肿瘤活性。用0.2、0.4、0.8 g/kg3个剂量组对荷S180小鼠进行灌胃,结果发现:榆黄菇菌丝体粗多糖得率为2.99%,低、中、高3个剂量组对肿瘤的抑制率分别为30.14%、41.73%和48.87%,同时能提高荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数。榆黄菇菌丝体多糖具有明显的抗肿瘤活性。
Polysaccharide was extracted from submerged mycelium of Pleurotus Cirtinopileatus for the research on its anti -tumor activity. After the tumor S180-bearing mice were given with 0.2 g/kg,0.4 g/kg and 0.8g/kg of the polysaccharide liquid down the stomach, the results showed that the rate of polysaccharide gained from submerged mycelium of Pleurotus Cirtinopileatus was 2.99 %. And the tumor inhibition rate of the three different assays was 30.14 %, 41.73 % and 48.87 %. They can all advance the thymus and lienal index of the tumor-bearing mice at the same time. So it was concluded that the polysaccharidc from submerged mycelium of Pleurotus Cirtinopileatus obtained a prominent antitumor activity.
