摘要
对以甲苯和间戊二烯为原料合成2,6-二甲基萘过程中烷基化产物戊烯基甲苯的同分异构体的定性、定量分析方法进行了研究。采用气相色谱-质谱联用法、液相色谱标样对比法和化学转化法,并结合工艺反应机理,对烷基化产物的组成进行了定性分析,得出烷基化产物为戊烯基甲苯的3种同分异构体,且为苯环上的邻、间、对位异构体,并推断出戊烯基甲苯的3种同分异构体在毛细管气相色谱上的出峰顺序依次为间、对、邻位。利用有效碳数法和峰面积归一法对戊烯基甲苯的3种同分异构体进行定量分析,求得邻、间、对位戊烯基甲苯的质量分数分别为2.1%,2.2%,2.5%。
Preparation of 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene from toluene and 1,3-pentadiene was a novel process with a series of side reactions, among which alkylation was the key step. The analysis of products was very complicated. Qualitative analysis of product constituents was carried out by means of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography standard sample antitheses, chemical transformation and in the light of reaction mechanism. Main products of alkylation were ortho-, meta- and para-position ( on benzene ring) isomers of pentenyltoluene. The peaks eluted on capillary gas chromatogram were in the order of meta-, para-, and ortho-pentenyltoluene. Quantitative analysis of the three pentenyltoluene isomers was conducted by effective carbon and normalization methods. Contents of ortho-, meta-, and para-pentenyltoluene isomers in the products were determined to be 2.1% ,2.2%, and 2.5 %, respectively.
