摘要
洛阳有色金属加工设计研究院在国内率先开发研制的板形自动控制系统(AFC)目前已投入现场试运行。本文主要介绍 AFC 系统的板形测量技术、板形计算的数学模型及板形控制的方法。
The automatic flatness control system of strip and foil rolling, developed by Luoyang Engineering and Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals Proceaslng, has been put into try-out in practical production. This paper mainly introduces the flatness measuring roll, mathematical model for flatness calculation and flatness control methods.
