摘要
市场经济社会中,作为市场主体的企业可以采取多种竞争战略最大化自身的利润。其中通过制定灵活的定价策略可在短期影响企业利润。该文以企业价格-利润分析较复杂的寡头企业为例,利用博弈论分析在一定假设条件下,伯川德悖论的产生,并讨论在生产能力约束情况下,寡头企业可以赚取超额利润的情况；最后利用仿真工具实现上述两过程的仿真, 仿真结果说明：当存在生产能力约束时,寡头企业可成功地避免伯川德悖论。该结论对于陷入激烈价格战的某些行业有一定的借鉴作用。
In the market economic society, the enterprises take many kinds of competitive strategies to optimize their utilities. Making a flexible price strategy is one of the competitive strategies, which has effect on the profit in a short time. In this paper, the complex oligarch competition is taken into account by game theory. Under some hypothesis, the price competitions between the oligarch enterprises cause the absurdity of Betrrand. However, the limitation of output could help the enterprise avoid the absurdity. Finally beth processes mentioned above are simulated. The simulation result proves the theoretic conclusion. The industry getting into the ＂ price war＂ can find a breakthrough from the process.
