摘要
本文用放射免疫分析法研究利福平对小鼠血清甲状腺素、胰岛素含量的影响。利福平９０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，ｉｇ，连续１４ｄ，小鼠血清Ｔ４含量明显降低，而Ｔ３无显著变化。１８０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１利福平使小鼠血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４水平均显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。该药亦可引起小鼠血清胰岛素含量明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
The effects of rifampin(RFP) on serum thyroxine and insulin in mice were studied by radioimmunoassay.It was found that RFP 90 mg·kg-1·d-1,ig for 14 d could significantly decrease serum T4 concentration in mice,but serum T3 levels remains unchanged. When given 180mg·kg-1·d-1,serum T3 and T4 levels were significantly decreased(P<0.01).RFP could also decrease serum insulin levels in the mice(P<0.01).
