摘要
山区人口、资源、环境与发展(PRED)的协调关系到我国区域协调发展目标的最终实现.人口数量和质量的矛盾以及发展资金的缺乏对山区资源和生态环境构成了巨大的压力;不合理的经济结构与非科学的发展规划进一步制约了山区的协调发展.以科学的发展观为基础,构筑协调发展的技术体系、继续推进山区经济结构的合理调整并采取因地制宜的发展模式,是实现山区PRED协调的必然途径.
The coordination among population, resources, environment and development（PRED） in mountain area is very important to the regional development in China. Factors restricting the coordination among PRED in mountain area concern the contradiction between population＇s quantity and quality,capital shortages,irrational local economic structure and development programs, all of which would influence on the building of regional coordinated PRED. Therefore, strategies and countermeasures, including founding coordinated science and technology system, adjusting economic structure as well as forming suitable and rational models about mountain area development, should be taken. These strategies and countermeasure may be good approath to reali the alto of regional coordinatod PRED in China.
