摘要
研究了2-氯苯甲醛(CBZD)与苯肼的衍生化反应,在pH1.0的乙醇/水溶液中,2-氯苯甲醛与苯肼形成荧光希夫碱,研究了希夫碱的荧光性质,希夫碱的荧光激发波长λex=552.0nm,发射波长λem=299.2nm.其荧光强度与2-氯苯甲醛浓度在0-120μg·L^-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.2μg·L^-1。方法应用于矿泉水、自来水、生理盐水、葡萄糖注射液中2-氯苯甲醛的测定。
Based on the derivatization of 2-chlorobenzaldehyde (Cl-BZD) with phenylhydrazine giving fluorescent schiff's base, a fluorophotometric method for the indirect determination of 2-chlorobenzaldehyde was proposed. The reaction was carried out in an ethanol-water medium at pH 1.0, Wavelengths of excitation and emission maxima of the schiff's base produced were found at 552.0 nm and 229.2 nm respectively. Linearity was obtained in the range of 0 to 120μg · L^-1 expressed as 2-chlorobenzaldehyde, and the detection limit was found to be0. 2 μg · L^-1. RSD (n= 11) of 0.21% was obtained at the concentration level of 50 μg · L^-1 of 2-chlorobenzaldehyde. In the application of the method to the analysis of physiological saline, glucose injection, mineral water and tap water samples, recoveries in the range from 102%-104% were obtained.
