摘要
主成分分析是一种通过降维技术把多个变量化为少数几个主成分的实用统计分析方法。建筑业作为推动国民经济发展的重要支柱产业,为根据多项指标对建筑企业发展水平做出评价,使各地区部门得到有益的反馈,进而有效指导资源配置,提高建筑企业质量水平,本文在阐述主成分分析法原理的同时,对大陆地区除西藏外的30个省市自治区的建筑业情况进行了综合评价。
The Principal Component Analysis（PCA） is a statistic analysis method to find out some synthetic indexes from nmrerous indexes. Building industry plays an important role in the economic development . To make government or local department get the useful information , guide the resources distribution effectively, improve the quality of building enterprises, it＇ s necessary to evaluate building enterprises level. This paper expounds the principles, virtue and calculation steps of PCA, evaluates comprehensively the construction of thirty provinces in continental region except Tibet, and analyzes the building level of each province.
