摘要
116例左侧结肠活动期溃疡性结肠炎随机分为治疗组66例,给予中药煎剂滴注保留灌肠;对照组50例,给予水杨酸偶氮磺胺吡啶2g加入温生理盐水保留灌肠.两组均以15日为1疗程.结果治疗组治愈率为72.73%,总有效率为95.45%.对照组分别为42%和62%.两组治愈率和总有效率均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).临床症状缓解起始时间治疗组4.39±1.82天,对照组6.08±2.07天,两组间有非常显著性差异(P<0.01).
The 116 cases of ulcerative coli-tis at random were divided into two groupstreated by enema during 15 days; The treat-ment group (66 cases) with Chines herbs; thecontrol one (50 cases) with sodium salicylateazosulfamide 2g.
