摘要
教育国际化的趋势给我国基础教育带来了国际竞争的新挑战:人才流动全球化、人才标准国际化、市场竞争全球化。如何进一步提高我国中小学管理水平,提高学校的综合竞争力,是不容回避的问题。引进ISO中蕴涵的质量管理理念是我国基础教育与世界接轨的一大契机,其提供的具有科学性、普遍性、通适性的管理模式和方法值得我们借鉴,但也不可忽视ISO标准在与我国中小学管理实践嵌套中的弊端。
The internationalization tendency of education has brought new challenges of international competition for the elementary education, such as the globalization of talents float, the internationalization of talent standard and the globalization of market competition, etc. How to further improve the management level of the elementary and middle schools in our country arid increase the comprehensive competitive power of the schools has become a question we must face and solve. To introduce the quality management ideas implied in ISO systcm is of great help to enable the elementary education of our country to keep up with the development of the world, and we can use its scientific and adaptable management modes and methods as reference but we should also pay attention to its shortcomings.
