摘要
目的:评价利多卡因在显微外科中的应用价值。方法:观察断肢地鼠颊囊微循环,显微电视电脑定量,电镜观察,血小板聚集率测定。结果:利多卡因引起断肢地鼠微动脉扩张,同时有血浆 TXA_2减少,血小板聚集抑制,红细胞变形能力提高。结论:利多卡因可改善断肢动物微循环,增加血流灌流量。
Aim:To evaluate application of Lidocaine in microsurgery.Methods:The cheek pouch microcirculation was observed by computer-assisted intravital videomicroscope.The ultrastructure changes were observed under electron microscope.The platelet aggregation rate and thromboxane B_2(TXB_2)concentration were measured using routine method.Results:Significant arteriolar dilatation occurred after administration of 2% lidocaine in amputated hamsters. Blood concentration of TXB_2 decreased significantly.Platelet aggregaton was obviously inhibited and RBC deformability was improved.Conclusion:Lidocaine may induce microcirculation improvement and perfusion increases in amputated hamsters.
