摘要
从分析应收账款问题的企业内部原因和企业外部原因入手,认为企业应收账款控制系统首先应制定合理的信用政策,并注重应收账款的事中管理和风险防范,在应收账款问题发生时加强事后的管理,由此形成一个完善的应收账款控制系统。最后以宝洁公司为例对应收账款管理模式进行进一步探讨。
The essay analysis the problem of money reception from enterprise＂ inner reasons and external reasons, the system of money reception control in the enterprise should build proper credit policy, pay attention to mid-management and credit control, emphasize on management when the problem of money reception happened, so we can build a proper system for reception control. At last the essay gives an example of Baojie company to explain the model of money reception management.
