摘要
采用TGA等手段对以聚酯二醇作为第四组份的酯型ECDP热稳定性进行了研究,并与以聚醚二醇作为第四组份的醚型ECDP进行了比较.结果表明:酯型ECDP具有优良的热稳定性,经180℃热处理30min后,酯型ECDP纤维强度损伤低于6%,克服了醚型ECDP纤维耐热性差的缺点。
The thermal stability of the ester-type ECDP, using the polyester diol as the fourth component, was studied by means of TGA method and was compared withthat of the ether-type ECDP, using the polyether diol as the fourth component. The results showed: The thermal stability of the ester-type ECDP is very well. After being treated for 30 min at 180℃, the tenacity loss of the ester-type ECDP fibres is less than 6%,but that of ether-type ECDP fibres is between 25% and 56%
