摘要
采用三乙胺为催化剂经过氨基酸羧酸酐单体的开环聚合和脱保护基,制备了高分子量聚L-谷氨酸.实验结果表明。合成的高分子量聚L-谷氨酸黏均分子量控制在70000-350000左右.单体和引发剂的摩尔比n(A)/n(I)大于50时。分子量与n(A)/n(I)无关.
Poly-L-glutamic acid with a high molecular weight was prepared by chemical synthesis. The structures of PBLG and PLGA were confirmed by FTIR and ^1H NMR spectroscopies and their molecular weights were measured by GPC and viscosity measurements. The results show that the average molecular weight of poly-L-glutamic acid is about 7×10^4-35×10^4. Furthermore, when the anhydride-initiator malar ratio n(A)/n(I) 〉50, the average molecular weight was independent of the amount of triethylamine initiator.
