摘要
利用缓冲体系的平衡移动,结合不同的电极进行电势法检测,可间接测定样品中各种离子甚至中性分子的浓度。文中对用络合物缓冲溶液的电势检测进行了简单的理论推导,并选用几种有代表性的体系结合流动注射分析(FIA)检测系统观察了测定灵敏度和线性范围与缓冲溶液组成的关系,建立了相应的测定方法。研究结果展示了这一测量原理用于不同类型物质FIA检测及自动连续分析的普遍适用性和良好前景。
Using equilibrium shift of buffer solution,indirect determination of a number of ionic even molecular components by FIA in combination with potentiometric detection can be realized. Basic theoretical equations are deduced and the influence of buffer composition on the linear concentration range and sensitivity of determination are studied. Some complex buffer systems are selected and tested for FIA detection to demonstrate the validity of the basic equations. The results show the general applicability of the buffer solution principle to determine different cations and anions.
