摘要
用透射电镜和微区X射线衍射分析了落球冲击后高铬铸铁磨球皮下不同深度残余奥氏体形变和相变情况。发现不同深度发生形变和相变的程度是不同的,在磨球表面最大,随着深度增加形变和相变的程度减小。产生可观塑性变形的深度在5mm以内,而发生相变的深度可达10mm。不同深度相变的机理不同。共晶碳化物在落球冲击下也能发生一定的塑性变形。最后分别讨论了显微组织变形和相变对磨球抗剥落破碎性能的影响。
Deformation and phase transformation of retained austenite at various depthes in high chromium cast iron grinding ball after thousands of ball-on-ball impacts are studied by Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM) and Micro-Area X-Ray Diffraction. The degree of deformation and phase transformation are different at different depth. On the surface of the ball ,both serious deformation and large percentage of phase transformation are observed. As the depth increases, both the deformation degree and phase transformation percentage reduce. The depth of plastic deformation reaches 5mm, while the depth of phase transformation reaches 10mm, The mechanism of phase transformation at different depth is different. The plastic deformation can occur in the eutectic carbides too. At last ,the effects of deformation and phase transformation on spalling resistance of grinding ball are discussed.
