摘要
教学空间的开放、教学内容的开放，从这两个方面论述法学课开放式教学方法的实用性和可能性及高校法学课改革的必要性。
this paper discusses the practicality and the posibility of opening teaching in the law course in two aspects;the opening of teaching space and the opening of teaching content.The necessity of the reformation of the law course in college is also discussed.
