摘要
思想政治工作合力论是在恩格斯的“合力论”的基础上提出的。思想政治工作合力论的内在逻辑是:主体的号召力;客体的接受力;理论的说服力;情感的感染力;道德、纪律与法制的约束力;环境的影响力。思想政治工作系统能量的发挥则在于主体与客体的互动;内容与方法的一致;思想教育与政策、法制、管理的互补;思想政治工作系统与环境的匹配。
The idea on the combination of ideological and political abilities is proposed on Engels＇theory of resultant. It provides a systematic framework for considering the improvement of ideological and political work. The combined abilities will guarantee the development of ideological and political work and bring the initiative of combined abilities of the systems of ideological and political work into full play.
