摘要
在信息时代,信息和通讯技术广泛应用于各个领域,政府部门也不例外,实行电子政务给我国政治文明建设带来许多有利条件,表现在:有利于增强政治意识文明,重塑价值理念;有利于提高政治行为文明,建设有序社会;有利于推进政治制度文明,实现制度创新。总之,电子政务必须与社会主义政治文明紧密地结合,以电子化政府为载体来实现政治文明,以政治文明为价值取向来建设电子化政府。
