摘要
由于地质原因,铁山南煤矿212采区与214采区,在倾向方向上近距离重叠超过400m。为了在不留或少留保护煤柱的情况下,达到确保采区轨道上山不发生破坏的目的,经过综合分析、理论建模、力学计算,求出最佳参数,通过现场试验,在开采过程中,对轨道上山底板变形进行了观测,观测结果表明该技术方案可行,围岩变形量和底板下沉量均微小,巷道安全状况良好,获得了可观的经济效益。
212 Mining Area overlaps 214 Mining Area exceeding 400m in the direction of dip in Tieshan Colliery. To ensure the rail raise of the mining area not be destroyed when no pillar or a little pillar is remained, comprehensive analysis, theory modeling, and mechanics calculation are made and the optimized parameters are acquired. In mining proceeding, the floor distortion of rail raise is observed with scene test. The result shows that this technology is feasible, the distortion of surrounding rock and subsidence of floor are both minor, and that the safety condition of roadway is well and considerable economic benefit is acquired.
