摘要
归纳并设计F型、T型和J型三种复合玻纤风管法兰,通过自制的实验装置对它们的温度及J型管道表面温度进行测试,分析了J型法兰温度随环境温度及风管内气流温度的变化规律和J型法兰风管表面温度的分布状况。结果表明J型法兰不会结露,其性能优于F型及T型法兰。
Sums up and designs three kinds of glass-fiber composite air duct flanges, F-type, T-type and J-type, tests their temperature and air duct surface temperature of J-type. Analyses the behavior of J-type flange temperature changing with ambient temperature and air temperature in duct, presents the temperature distribution pattern of the air duct with J-type flange, The results show that only J-type flange can not produce condense water, it is much better than the F- and T-type flange.
