摘要
在简述农地保护发生机制的基础上,客观评价了农地保护政策的绩效,并针对其运行失效的现实,分析了其本身存在的缺陷,进而提出了尊重农民权利、提高农地经营收益;全面评价农地效益、适当补偿农地保护区农民等对策的建议。
Based on an summary of rural land protection mechanism, this paper objectively appraises the rural land protection policy, and analyzes its shortcoming in view of its failure, putting forward such suggestions as respecting the right of the peasants, raising management income of rural land, appraising benefit of rural land comprehensively and compensating properly for peasants in the protection areas
