摘要
通过检疫,选择35岁健康鲁西黄牛190头,集中饲养,分别在春、秋、冬三个不同季节,按照鲁西黄牛体重随机分为三种不同剂量,即0.0100.012 mg/kg体重,0.0130.014 mg/kg体重和0.0150.016 mg/kg体重进行超数排卵。结果表明,不同季节对鲁西黄牛超数排卵影响差异不显著(P>0.05),但胚胎可用率冬季高于春、秋两季(P<0.01)。激素不同剂量对鲁西黄牛超数排卵亦没有影响(P>0.05),但0.0130.014 mg/kg体重、0.0150.016 mg/kg体重超排有效头数都高于0.0100.012 mg/kg体重(P<0.01);0.0130.014 mg/kg体重胚胎可用率高于0.0150.016 mg/kg体重(P<0.05)和0.0100.012mg/kg体重(P<0.01)。
One hundred ninety healthy quarantined Luxi Yellow cattle of 3~5 year-old were selected and fed in same location. Three different dosages, namely 0. 010~0. 012mg/kg, 0. 013~0. 014 mg/kg and 0. 015~0. 016 mg/kg according to body weight of cows in Spring, Autumn and Winter were allotted randomly to superovulate. The results indicated that there was no significant (P〉0. 05) effect of different seasons on superovulation of Luxi Yellow cattle, but the rate of available embryos in Winter was higher than that in Spring and Autumn (P〈0. 01). There was also no significant effect of different dosages on superovulation of Luxi Yellow cattle (P〉0.05). However, the available number of superovulating cows with 0. 013~0. 014 mg/kg and 0. 015~0. 016 mg/kg were higher than that of 0. 010~0. 012 mg/kg (P〈 0. 01) ; and the rate of available embryos of 0. 013~0. 014 mg/kg was higher than that of 0. 015~0. 016 mg/kg (P〈0. 05) and 0. 010~0. 012 mg/kg (P〈0. 01).
