摘要
通过模拟实验来研究鸡(土从)菌的小白球阶段的培养条件。结果表明小白球菌除需要低pH值(4.0—4.5)和低浓度有机氮外,还需要多种维生素和一定的糖类;小白球菌在实验室条件下生长良好,液体培养已获得成功,为人工利用和栽培鸡(土从)菌提供了一条可能的途径。
In this paper, the ecological factors and the nutrient conditions of Termitosphaeria duthiei (Berk.) Ciferri (the sporodochia stage of Termitomyces albuminosus (Berk.) Heim) are studied with the test of connidia germination and by means of a controlled environmental condition of CO2, pH, temperature, vitamin, carbohydrate, organic nitrogen, etc. The results show that,besides higher CO2 and humidity, lower pH(3.8-4.2) and organic nitrogen, the growth of Termitosphaeria duthiei requires various vitamin and carbohydrate. Termitosphaeria duthiei grows well with agar culture. Its liquid culture has been succeeded in the laboratory. It will provide a way for the artificial culture of Termitomyces albuminosus.
