摘要 红外焦平面阵列是获取景物红外光辐射信息的重要光电器件。读出电路是其关键部件,良好的读出电路性能在红外焦平面阵列中发挥着重要的作用。列举了一些最新的CMOS读出电路单元结构,并对它们各自的特点作了简要的比较,给出了一些结构对应芯片上的主要参数,最后,简单介绍了读出电路的未来发展方向。 IRFPA is the important photo-electronic device of capturing infrared radiation information. Readout circuits are its critical parts, and excellent readout performance plays a key role in IRFPA. Some newest CMOS readout circuits are presented and brief comparisons to their own characteristics are made, and some parameters of chips are given ,finally ,future development directions of the readout circuits are also briefly introduced.
