摘要
介绍了新研制的埋弧螺柱焊机的性能、特点及其应用范围。使用RSM3-3150焊机焊接的钢筋直径已达到φ32mm。RSM3-2500已成功应用到国家体育场(北京鸟巢)预埋件φ20mm钢筋“T型焊”,其焊缝外观、力学性能均达到了有关标准的规定,并进行了宏观金相和金相组织的检查。
The article introduces the performance.characteristics and its application scope of the new product submerged-arc stud welder.The reinforcing steel bar diameter welded by welder RSM3-3150 arrives to Ф32 mm; already.The RSM3-2500 has already by successfulLy applied in the pre-submerged piece Ф20 mm reinforcing steel bar “T type welding”of the national stadium（Beijing bird＇s nest）.The seam＇s line appearance and mechanics meet the requirements of related standards,after the macroscopical and microcosmic metallographic examination.
