摘要
在目前的水平钻柱稳定性研究中,都没有考虑构成水平钻柱的单根钻杆长度对钻柱稳定性的影响。普遍认为这一因素对水平钻柱的稳定性没有影响,但现场钻井资料表明构成水平钻柱的单根钻杆长度对水平钻柱的承压能力影响很大。在考虑这一因素的情况下对水平井眼中钻柱所能承受的临界载荷进行了分析计算,提出了水平钻柱临界压力的一种新的计算方法。研究表明水平钻柱所能承受的临界载荷和所使用的单根钻杆长度有密切的关系,单根钻杆的长度越短,其临界压力越大。
The influence of the length of single drill pipe that constitute drill stem on the stability of drill stem is not considered in the present stability analysis of horizontal drill stem. It is widely considered that this factor has no influence on the stability of horizontal drill stem, but the drilling data on-the-spot indicate that length of single drill pipe has great influence on the bearing capacity of horizontal drill stem. In this paper, the critical load of horizontal drill stem is analyzed and calculated on the basis of considering this factor, and the new calculation method of critical compressive force of horizontal drill stem is proposed. The research indicates that the critical load which horizontal drill stem can bear has close relationship with the length of the drill pipe that constitute the drill stem. The shorter the single drill pipe,the greater the critical compressive force of drill stem.
